You can take a piece of paper (white-colored) and, at the center most part with red ink, mention the name of the individual who borrowed money from you. Then, put two white flowers and sesame seeds onto it. Fold the paper in a way that all ingredients remain inside. While holding the folded piece of paper in your hands, chant the mantra 'Om Namah Shivaya' 108 times. Present this to Shivling and then do the jal-abhishek to get help from the deity to recover the money blocked. Practice this remedy for twenty-one successive Mondays.

Worship Lord Ganesha

Another remedy to recover blocked payments is worshiping Lord Ganesha. Worshipers can perform the remedy on Wednesdays, though performing on Krishna Paksha's moonless night is recommended to perceive best results. 

To perform this remedy, worshipers should take five puris (prepared in sweet oil). Then keep them one above the other, form a heap, and then on the puri kept on the top, make a swastika. Put some mustard seed oil onto it after that. Form a diya using wheat flour dough, spread vermillion on it, and offer flowers either yellow or red in color. Chant the name of Ganpati bappa as you perform the ritual. Ask the deity to help you in getting back your payments. Then after, take black mustard seeds and black lentils on your palm(left) & chant the following mantra twenty one times - 'Om Ha Hien Hoan Hain Hum Hey Ramabhyo Namah; Mam Dhan Pratrigra Kun Kru Swaha'. Put some seeds on lamp while some on the puris after reciting the mantras. Take these puris and hide them in front of the person's house who borrowed money from you. Soon, you shall recover the blocked money.

Cowrie Shell

This is one of the very simple remedies to recover blocked money in case the individual who has borrowed the money declines to give it back. The individual owing money should take two cowrie shells or say Raja Kauri, and toss them near or outside the borrower's house. These cowrie shells can be bought from a general store or puja samagri shop. Doing so will influence the person's mind and he will give back the money on his own.
