We understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to cancel or request a refund for a Puja booking. To ensure transparency and fairness in all our transactions, we have formulated a clear Refund and Cancellation Policy, outlined below:

Cancellation Policy
  • a. Cancellation by the User: If you wish to cancel a booked Puja, you must notify us through the email address provided on our website or by contacting our customer support team. The cancellation will be processed as per the following guidelines:

    - Cancellation more than 48 hours before the scheduled Puja: You will be eligible for a full refund, and the amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the booking.

    - Cancellation within 24 to 48 hours of the scheduled Puja: A cancellation fee of 20% of the Puja cost will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

    - Cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled Puja: Unfortunately, no refund will be provided in this case, as preparations and arrangements for the Puja would already be underway.

  • b. Cancellation by Anytime Astro: In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a Puja due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund to the user using the original payment method. We will also make our best efforts to reschedule the Puja at a mutually agreed-upon time.

Refund Policy

If you are eligible for a refund as per the Cancellation Policy mentioned above, you can expect the refund within 5 to 7 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

  • - Failed Transactions
    In the case of a failed transaction, where the payment is deducted from your account but the Puja booking is not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

  • - Refund Process
    To initiate the refund process, please reach out to our customer support team through the contact information provided on our website. We will require essential details, such as the booking ID and the reason for cancellation, to process the refund efficiently.

General Guidelines
  • - Anytime Astro will not be responsible for any delay in the refund process due to factors beyond our control, such as bank processing times or technical issues.

  • - If the payment was made through a third-party payment gateway, the refund will be subject to the terms and conditions of that payment gateway.

  • - The refund will be issued in the same currency and payment method used during the booking.
